Iran is prepared to restart atomic negotiations with the United States as long as it is treated with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared only diplomacy produced results, and shared new appeals had been made by intermediaries to resume talks with the American leadership. He claimed Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Iran could not yet permit the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect bombed nuclear sites for protective measures.
