The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the immensely successful first-person shooter Call of Duty, has died in a traffic collision in California he was 55 years old.

The tragic news was verified by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.
